Visitors are welcome to preview samples of video analysis clips as well as the WGF Forum, where you can ask questions of Dan or Chris ranging from strength training to speed development.  Our store offers DVD’s as well as video clips for download to aid the beginning to the advanced athlete. We are real people. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, no missing links, just results.

Take a video of yourself performing an exercise, running a sprint, jumping off a box, you name it, we’ll look at it. Upload your video clip(s) and Dan or Chris will break down your positioning from frame to frame…from the most minute detail, how your foot strikes the ground, to posture, and too many other details to list. You will receive an analyzed video which will show where you are lacking, with audio overlays, line and graphic- line overlays. Too good to sound true? Visit out Success stories. What makes this so amazing, is that it doesn’t matter where you live, you can receive professional consultation to make you the best athlete possible!
